Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Corely_ ("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the website located at corely24.com (the "Site"), collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you visit our Site, submit a contact form, register an account, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the "Services"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent manner.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with these practices, please do not use the Services.

Corely_ is a public company-information website: visitors can explore our projects and divisions, read news, and contact our team without registering. Contact form information is saved so authorized administrators can review and respond to inquiries. Accounts provide authenticated access; publishing and managing site content requires an administrator role.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact submissions: when you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, and the message you choose to provide.
  • Account information: when you register for an account (for example, to access administrative features), you provide your email address and password to our authentication provider, Base44. Authentication credentials and sessions are handled by that provider; our contact-submission records do not contain passwords. If you sign in using a third-party provider such as Google, we receive the email address and basic profile details that the provider shares with us.
  • Correspondence: any information you include when you email us or otherwise communicate with our team.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage and analytics data: pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, approximate geographic location (derived from IP address), browser type, device type, and operating system.
  • Log data: server logs that may include IP address, access times, and request details, used for security, troubleshooting, and service reliability.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see the "Cookies" section below.

1.3 Information Collected from Third Parties

If you authenticate using a third-party provider (for example, Google), we may receive identity information such as your name, email address, profile image (if supplied), and a provider identifier to sign you in and associate your identity with your account. Google sign-in is used for authentication, not to read Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, or other Google account content. No Google service connectors are currently enabled in this app. We do not use Google sign-in data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train AI models. Identity information is handled by Corely_ and its authentication provider for account access, security, and support. You can revoke access through your Google Account permissions; revocation does not automatically delete records already saved, so request deletion through our contact page.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide the information you request through the contact form.
  • To create and manage your account, authenticate your identity, and provide access to the relevant areas of the Services.
  • To operate, maintain, improve, and analyze the performance of the Site and our Services.
  • To monitor and analyze usage trends, measure engagement, and understand how visitors interact with our content.
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, abuse, and security threats.
  • To send administrative messages, such as account verification, password resets, and important notices about the Services.
  • To send newsletters or marketing communications, only where you have explicitly opted in. You may unsubscribe at any time.
  • To comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we process personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Consent: when you voluntarily submit the contact form or opt in to marketing communications.
  • Contractual necessity: to create and administer your account and provide the Services you have requested.
  • Legitimate interests: to analyze and improve the Site, ensure security, and operate our business, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand how the Site is used. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use the following categories:

  • Essential cookies: required for the Site to function, such as maintaining your session and authentication.
  • Analytics cookies: help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
  • Preference cookies: remember your settings, such as display preferences.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Site. Where required by law, we will seek your consent before placing non-essential cookies.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: we share data with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate the Services. Specifically, we use Base44 as our application platform, hosting provider, and authentication provider — they store your account credentials, contact submissions, and session data on our behalf under their data-protection agreements. We may also use analytics and email delivery providers. These providers process data on our behalf and under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection agreements.
  • Legal compliance: where required by law, court order, or government regulation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our organization, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the protections described in this policy.
  • With your consent: we may share information with third parties when you give us explicit permission to do so.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit. If you authenticate using a third-party provider such as Google, your interactions with that provider are governed by its own privacy policy.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Contact submissions and account data are retained for the duration of the relevant relationship and, where appropriate, for a reasonable period thereafter to meet legal or operational requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it so that it can no longer identify you.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted transmission (HTTPS), secure authentication, restricted access controls, and regular review of our systems. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our service providers are located. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries. We take steps to ensure that such transfers are carried out with appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms, in accordance with applicable data-protection laws.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Erasure: request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Restriction: request that we limit the processing of your information.
  • Portability: request your information in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection: object to the processing of your information, including for direct marketing.
  • Withdrawal of consent: withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

California residents may exercise rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

11. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required for consent in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will take steps to delete that information.

12. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" feature. Because there is currently no industry consensus on how to interpret these signals, we do not currently respond to them. We will continue to review this position as standards evolve.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide a more prominent notice, such as on the homepage or by email where appropriate. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the Services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

14. Contact Us

If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or our handling of your personal information, including to exercise any of your privacy rights, please contact us through our contact page with the subject "Privacy request". Specify whether you want access, correction, or deletion, and identify the email address associated with your inquiry or account. Do not include your password. We may ask for reasonable identity verification before disclosing or deleting account information. We are committed to working with you to resolve privacy concerns.
